Somatic mutations in the analyzed regions are relevant for determining treatment for different tumor types, especially some leukemias. Genes analyzed: BIRC3 (E6-E9), NOTCH1 (E34), MYD88 (E5), SF3B1 (E14-E16). For somatic mutations in paraffin-embedded tissue (5-micron sections), we used our own kit.
