Somatic mutations in the analyzed regions are relevant for determining treatment for different types of tumors, especially those of the colon, lung, breast, etc. ANALYZED GENES: AKT (E3, E4, E11, E13), PIK3CA (E2-E7, E9, E21). For somatic mutations in paraffin-embedded tissue (5-micron sections), we use our own kit.
